To “explorers” by means of the smart card on the lake Achensee is opened up the whole world of holiday: From May to October with use of the Achensee-Erlebnis-Card the cableway “Rofanseilbahn” and the mountain cableway “Karwendel Bergbahn” will raise the holidaymaker to airy heights, he will cruise with the three steamers of the Achensee shipping company on the largest Tyrolean lake, he will go on a nostalgic trip with the oldest steam rack railway of Europe from Jenbach to Maurach and in the museum of tractors in Maurach, in the crystal worlds Swarovski in Wattens or in the Notburga museum in Maurach/Eben he will go on a trip in former times – as often as he wishes.
“Abandon” oneself to the adventure “holiday” without using cash:
the smart card makes it possible.
The card is obtainable at a price of 48 Euro for adults and 24 Euro for children (for those who are born between 1991 and 1999) in the box office of the cableway “Rofanseilbahn”, the mountain cableway “Karwendel” or in the information offices in Achenkirch, Maurach, Pertisau and Wiesing. Children under six years go with gratis on the “holiday lake”.
Please note that the Achensee-Erlebnis-Card can be used only for regular drives during the day. The enthusiasts of paragliding and hang-glider pilots pay in addition 5,00 Euro per drive for transporting the sports apparatus upwards.
The Achensee-Erlebnis-Card can be used during the seven days of its validity unlimitedly.
