ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your room is ready for occupancy from about 2.00 p.m. If on the day of arrival it will not be possible for you to be present for the dinner (until 8.00 p.m.) we ask you to inform us.
ROOM NUMBERS AND FLOORS
we cannot give a firm promise when making the reservation. Naturally we will make an effort to consider your wishes. If the prices in the confirmation of the reservation should deviate from the prices, in that case the prices of the actual price list are effective.
PACKAGES
The basis of our package offers is the price of the double room “Karwendel”. We ask for your forbearance that we are able to assign the applications of the package offers only until 3.00 p.m.
REVERSAL
Reversals are only accepted in writing. Inform us in time. We try to be tolerant. If you arrive late or you leave early, the room will be charged for the whole reserved date, without board. For not taken meals we cannot grant a price reduction.
EXTRA CHARGE
for double rooms with single occupancy 50 % per day.
SMOKER AND NON-SMOKER
Certainly we have good ventilation systems. But we ask you politely in reciprocal interest of mutual consideration.

PETS
Dogs and pets EURO 10,- per day (without feed), as well as final cleaning if necessary Euro 25,-. We ask you for your forbearance that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Certainly you can take out an insurance for Euro 2,15 per person and night.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Cash, online payments by means of the EC card or traveller’s cheques. We ask you for your forbearance that we cannot accept credit cards.
REDUCTION
The 3. person in the room gets a discount of 10 % (with 2 full-rate guests)
