HEALTH – CHECK
Many human beings are doing stamina training trusting their feelings or in accordance with the recommendations of different magazines.
But most of them do not know exactly what they are doing, why they do not reach their salutary and sporty aims and why after some time physical reactions (this means: aches) begin to appear and force them to reduce or even to give up the training. A scientific sports research offers all sports enthusiasts (from the beginners to the competitive sportsmen) the possibility to resolve all these questions and to optimize their sporty programme.
Contents of the Health checks:
- Bicycle or phase test on the conveyor with measurement of the lactic acid
- Establishment of the individual heart frequency range adapted for the training
- Individual training programme during several weeks
